A delightful day spent celebrating Arbor month with Principal Makhubele and Mbhandule Secondary School who hosted around 20 businesses in their effort to plant a few trees, as a token to offset their carbon emissions.
Thank you to all the officials, dignatories such as the Department of Environmental Management, Counselor for Bushbuckridge area, and all the Tourism industry people aswell as Coca Cola that were in attendance, we appreciate your support.
The children had an educational day whilst assisting the companies to plant trees. Dept Environmental Mng also chatted to the youngster regarding recycling and donated a number of recycling bins to the school. Louis Sibiya representing Honorary Rangers and Estelle Roe from SPEAR (Stop Poaching Endangered African Rhino) chatted to everyone with regards conservation of the nearby Kruger National Park and the importance of protection of the animals and the environment.
